manual brakes

my 85 c10 doesnt have power anything. the other day, a seal blew in the master clyinder and all the fluid ran out, pedal went to the floor... all that fun stuff. in a desperate effort to get home, i put some more fluid in the system, and went. not the pedal goes to the floor and only the right rear locks up. tried bleeding it, but only get fluid in the rear. i have a new master on the truck right now. how do you bleed the from brakes? no fluid comes out. i have an old chiltons for the truck and it says to push in the metering pin, and thats all. im lost.
