Blazer Tank Conversion ?

Hey im new to the site and had a few questions about the conversion
Has anyone done the conversion or bought the kit, could you please post pics of how it mounts, does the filler neck go through the bed floor? Where can i get them and about how much?

the new LMC catalog has a kit to help with the conversion, $249 i think, included all the hardware but there are some mods to be done as well
