Power steering rebuild...How do I do it?

Hey guys, I just got a power steering gearbox from a 71 2wd to put on my 67. It looks like it leaks a little so I bought a seal kit for it. I started to take it apart and I can't seem to get the dust shield off (I got the retainer ring out). Is there a trick to this? I searched the treads, but couldn't find anything about it. Also, is there anything else I should watch out for?

Maybe this will help.

You may have to heat and dimple the frame for the steering box to clear.

Pretty good article on the gear box. Wish I had seen it last summer.
