hiding wires
what is the best way to run the wires from the doors to the cab and still look good

thats where i seen them but i never new where or what they were called will they work on the 67-72 trucks with out to much problems

Yes,they have to be lined up.The brass contacts need to touch so the power flows.If they are out of line one post might make contact with two on the other side,and then short out.
