well, it isn't going to be totally free...he wants a hub cap I have.
Here's the pics he sent me. Looks alot like the 425, I thought they were supposed to be diferant... |

HTe beast from the side...look at the tail shaft on that monster...guess it's time to chop the driveshaft down a bit huh?
It came out of that GMC burb you see to the right. i know one member wil recognise that burb...Wes, you reading this? |

I wonder how much spray paint it'll take to get this one running again...look real close at that oil pan, you see anything wrong with it?

just keep spraying, youll eventually get the hole covered

You know, i was wondering about those heads. I guess a little more research is needed. Guran-dam-teed they are coming off too, regardless if I use them or not. LOL Blue! |

I knoe items I NEED off of it are exhaust manifolds, motor mounts, starter, (I think I see a cable hanging out from under there....just pray there is a starter on the other end) and I also need the alt.
The pullies and brackets along with the water pump will go in a package deal...The points dist. cap is probably a throw away aitme...or at least I'll just turn it into a oil pump primer tool. Heads and intake will come off and stored, and the short block will go directly into the scrap pile. |

Hmmm, don't know if aluminum paint would cover those holes. Might try black or blue, heard that was a little higher in particulates so it wouldn't take as much. Great find, can't wait to hear of the work putting the horniac together! Oh, don't forget to brill the right holes either!
