71 Cheyenne LWB price evaluation please
The wife says I can't have two projects so I gotta sell this one. I think I coulda done a better job on painting it than the fella that painted it previously did, and I've never touched a paint gun. It is a true cheyenne, I have no idea why the guy removed all the lower trim and bondo filled them (likely because he was to cheap to replace missing pieces). However, the truck is pretty much rust free - rockers or the cab corners aren't rusted out and the floor is solid. There is a some rust pits around the windshield, don't know how deep they are. Has new brakes, new exhaust, new intake manifold and a edelbrock 1406 carb, new wires, plugs, and cap and rotor. Steering is very tight and handles nicely. The engine is an '87 (casting 14093638), runs okay but I planned on rebuilding it if I kept it, spent a $1K (still under warranty) having the tranny rebuilt because that was before I found this site. I'm hoping to get between $4K and $4,500 - does that seem to be too high or too low? Be honest, it's not gonna hurt any feelings.
Cheers - Jim (hopefully I didn't exceed a pictures per post rule..lol)

IMHO, 4K SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM, HAS A FEW MINOR ISSUES I NOTICED,
BUT APPEARS VERY SOLID, SAW ONE SELL FOR THAT A FEW MONTHS AGO AND DID NOT THINK IT WAS WORTH IT, BUT AS WE SAY HERE, IT'S ALL IN THE SUPPLY AND DEMAND, AND OF COURSE HOW BAD SOMONE WANTS IT
