brake light problem

OK, the fuse for my brake lights burnt out, so I replaced it and now the brake lights stay on without the brakes being applied at all, and I get that annoying sound that comes with that light problem. Anyone know how to fix this??

sounds like your brake light switch. try and push the switch and see ie the lights go off, if not the switch could be bad. or out of adjustment
