EBRakE

My ebrake doesnt work and the cable looks like its connected at both ends. Has anyone ever changed an ebrake? Is it a PITA or expensive?

You probably need to adjust it.

I'm not sure how to adjust the thing, but it would be nice to have the brake for starts in the morning. Would I have to take the hub apart to adjust it?
