Location of thermostat
I'm planning on putting in 2 electric fans, but I was wondering what the best location was for the thermostat?

Well I haven't got one yet.
I got two large electric fans and wanted to make my own setup. Therefor I was interested in the location of the thermostat. Next question is which thermostat is the best choice.... I used the push in, adjustable temp type. And put in in the rad. fins near the top hose. Best set up that worked for me. I also started out with just the 2 fans like you.

I went with the elec cooling fans on mine, and found that the best place to mount it was in the middle of the rad top under the shroud. origionally, it was near the drivers side.(I kept getting inaccurate readings, case the thermostat was too close to the rad hose).
