what year do these spindles fit?
I am trying to sell some drop spindles that I have. I bought them to use on a 1/2 ton 5 lug disc brake 82 front end. I have some people interested in putting them on other years of trucks, but I don't know how to tell them if they will fit or not. So, since I know they will fit an 82, what other years can I be sure they will fit? Are there any measurements that I should take to help figure it out?
thanks for any help brad |

Do you know the Brand or Model# of the spindles? There are 2 different spindle applications that will work. The only difference is the "thickness" of the rotor. Either 1 inch or 1 1/4 inch thick. The should fit the ball joints of '73-'87 pickups, and '73-'91 suburbans, or '73-'82 2wd blazers.

thanks for the response
I could not find a part number on them, but they are western chassis. I checked out their website but it didn't help. So they won't fit 67-72's? Or even just 72 (cause they have disc brakes)???? thanks |

They will fit 63-72 if you change out the ball joints and tie rod ends. You have to install conversion tie rod ends to mate the original center link to the spindles.
