whare can i find good looking trailing arms?
hey all,
well i'm in a delema. i want to keep my trailing arm suspention on my 71 but the stock arms are ugly. i have been looking for a suitable replacement for months with no luck so im asking you. where can i find trailing arms that will look good and be car show worthy[1]? the only ideas i have come up with so far are nascar bush series aluminum truck arms. there soposidly identical in geometry to our trucks but i can't find a good picture of them and or somewhere i can purchase them. if you have any advice on this please please share. thanks guys, gals, your allways here to help and it is truely appreciated. ondrew [1]- show car worthy means smooth with no ripples, rivets and rust. |

Might give Ed @ Mothertruckers a call. He was checking on any interest in some nice trailing arms. Didn't get any so I think the idea died. How about just getting a new set from SCP? They could be chromed, painted or some sort of setail work done on the vertical sides.

If you're bagging it you could scrap the trailing arm idea and go with a four link.

A tubular setup with big heim joints at each end would look awesome.
