What can be used from my inline for a 350???
Can i use the starter and alternator off my inline? Or do I have to buy one specifically from a 350.

I think you can use the alternator if you get the right years brackets, but the starter is different.

you just need the brackets and the alternator will fit no prob. the starter depends on the year of the block and bell housing. Usually you cannot use the starter and have to get one for the 350. be careful cause there are two different bolt patterns for the smallblocks too. one is for a 14 inch flex/pressure plate and the other is for a 12? inch flex/pressure plate. some blocks have both sets too.

Hey Dubie, this is a little off topic, but I noticed where you are from.
I lived there for a year a LONG time ago. When I first got out of high school, me and a buddy lived up there and worked at HBMS. Boy we had some good times. How old are you anyway?
