The carriage head bolts are 7/16-14 x 3" long.

Smile

It is a real trick to measure them when they are missing!

Look for Grade-5 carriage bolts....and try to find compression nuts or at the very least nyloc nuts. The double nut trick works too. Also, there is a square washer that the carriage bolt goes in and it has a square knockout that prevents the bolt from turning, might want to look for these or make something similiar.

Unless you're going for a 100% restore I would lose the carriage bolts and replace them with grade 5 hex head. Nothing is more frustrating than trying to remove a carriage bolt that keeps spinning. I know it may not be an issue for 20-30 years, but I like to think my trucks will still be around then!
