1972 402 rebuildable whats it worth

i have a 1972 402 ran great but spun a rod bearing ,on the block is pass hiperf,casting number 3999290 heads 3999241 what is it worth ? or should i scrap it ? thanks joe

It is priceless if you are looking for one. Don't scrap it. If you can afford it keep it around. Just my .02
