Wanted: Fresh SBC in/around DFW

I'm needing to replace the 350 in my blazer since it's smoking and using oil.

I'm wanting a freshly rebuilt small block engine, or one with only a few thousand miles on it. 350 / 383 / 400 ci. I'm not wanting anything smaller. Around 9-9.5:1 compression would be nice.

Let me know if you have one for sale. Thanks,

Justin

I have one that I might sell. It is a 350 that I purchased new from GM for my Blazer project about 5 years ago. I added an Edelbrock performer cam, timing chain, and intake. The Blazer is still not drivable, so it has almost 0 miles on it. I start it every few weeks to let it run for a while. I am not sure what a fair price would be (I have somewhere around $1700 invested). Let me know if you are interested and we will see if we can work out a price.

Yeah, I might be interested. I have a few questions:

Which GM engine was it? (260hp, 290hp, 330hp....etc...)
What is the compression ratio?
What heads are on it?
What are the cam specs?
2-piece rear main seal?

If you want, PM me your number. I'm right down the road from you in Murphy.
