Good Carb

Well I got the headers and got the Edelbrock Performer intake. I need heads and a good carb what is a good one to get the heads are a while off (pricey) but the carb I can do now. So I guess I am asking what is a good carb that will run good with the current setup and also run good with new heads? And before I forget BB 402 for my 72' 3/4 ton
