What master cylinder for manual brakes?
I am thinking along the lines of converting my 87 over to manual brakes, instead of power. I am still running drums in the back, so what master cylinder should I go with?
My reasoning for this swap is pretty simple really. I want to simplify more of the firewall, and getting rid of the booster will help this alot. Also, I would like to do away with the stock proportioning valve so that I can run an aftermarket adjustable proportioning valve and incorporate my Line Lock system in a more simple, and cleaner fashion.

Mastercylinder should be the same, you just need the shorter rod for it.

You need a Manual Brake master cly form a 87 and older The power and manual have diffiernt size cly. They are avaible from your local parts store. You might need another rod thats shorter.
