looks OK

Just MHO,
I think that they would look better if say they were painted to match the truck or maybe painted black. And there seems to be a bit of space around the edges....looks like it will look good once you figure it out...

Lightbulb hmmmmm

They are aluminum...maybe you can scuff them up pretty good..with like 500 grit sand paper..and just rattle can-em.....I was also thinking if you got some spare lenses for the tail lights, you can maybe paint the outer edges also so you can just see the light through the holes that are there....I don't know just some riggin' ideas......I like riggin stuff.....

IMHO, classic vehicles in general don't look good with a lot of the bolt-on ornamentation you see on the newer imports, but if I kept em on there I'd surely paint em black or body color.

they look cool as they are......don't paint.....leave the aluminum "billet" finish.

If they were intended to be painted, the manufacturer wouldn't have gone thru the trouble of making them out of aluminum......propably would of used ABS plastic....like all the "ricer" bolt ons....LOL.

I like them gave me the idea to have some made with a bow-tie over the bulb part & ball mill the lower part of the tail light I think that would be killer, I think if you like them thats all that matters right!!!!

I like them, and also had the idea of some custom ones. Hadn't decided to go with the bowtie, or some other design such as a team name or something to aggravate people around these parts.

Well they look good, but I don't usually like that sort of thing IMHO. I think it would be a mistake to paint them the same color as the truck, though.

I agree, they look good, but will look better if you get that gap on the sides closed up

To make the red line disapear, you could paint the edge of the lens siver, then install the cover.
