Too loud? nawwww
My friends all drive imports and have to make up for it with huge stereos. I on the otherhand, have a smallblock. They go through parking lots and try to set off car alarms with their systems and it's pretty funny. I never thought my truck was THAT loud untill last week. I was down at my college in the parking garage. It's been sitting for 2 days, so I gave it a pump and half throttle and cranked it up. As the exhaust cleared I heard this "whaa whaa whaa" and another alarm that sounded like a fire alarm. I look back and a jaguar's alarm is going off. I look around to see if anyone had put 2 and 2 together and noticed the emergency lights for the parking garage were going off. (that explained the fire alarm sound) I set off a whole freaking building alarm! ahahahhaa. I didn't stick around to see what happened next, but I'm pretty proud of myself. lol I feel kinda guilty thinking about putting a new exhaust on it now.

flows
I'm putting the exhaust off of my IROC on my truck but dumped at the cab. It is full 3" with a H pipe and 1 chamber flows. I set off 13 car alarms @ a local Wal-Mart when I went to show my friend the new Muffs. Driving in and then leaving it was awesome. I loved the drone...It was then that I had a great appreciation for tweeters so I could hear my music.

Back when I first got my truck I ran straight 2.5" pipe going out to the back and exiting right behind the rear left wheel. I never drove anything that loud until then. That old 350 never felt better.

Full length headers with flows tucked above the rear axle and exits on both sides behind the rear wheels. I'm about to put MagnaFlows on.
