Anybody installed factory a/c in a non a/c cab?

I was thinking about adding factory air to my non air 67 cab. Anybody done this that can give advice on what works best? I have all the parts (I think) from a couple different trucks. Are the air actuators on the passenger vent and under the hood necessary?? Any help/advice would be great. Thanks, Greg

You will need to modify the firewall. There have been a couple of great threads on the "factory A/C into non A/C cab" subject. I will try to dig one up.
