3rd that. I am thinking of selling my urban home and buying an acre somewhere in this valley. I will have a modular home installed (sounds strange) and build a shop as big as I can afford. I also have thought about building a barn that actually is a shop. These would be approved easier and have less real estate/tax value than a garage/shop but do the same.

my garage is 20x30 and I definitely wish it were bigger. The door is on the 20' side and it's pretty tight to have 2 vehicles in it.

Looking good Keith, it won't be long now. Go buy a good creeper and go sliding around on your new concrete.

thanks for all the replies it is 36x48. i just picked up the epoxy floor paint kit for the inside with those color chips. I aam kind of un decided on the color chips. does anyone have a pic of their floor with the color chips that i can see. If you notice the big glue hump on the trailer in the back thats the bend pack lift i picked up last week for it. man this is great, now i finally have room to put my 3 years of parts hoarding together.
