Soft top

Just put a soft top one of the fast track tops on our Blazer. I am not to thrilled with this top and was wondering if anyone has any experience with these tops. We have a real tight seam in the middle the doors don't seem to seal right and according to the manufacturer it is installed properly. The door rubs on the top at where it meets at the door piller and soon we will have a hole at this point.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I installed the soft top on my '72 in June. There are some gaps around the door windows. I had to remove the rubber tips from the frames that go over the doors so they would stay in the holes in the bows. I tried moving the bracket that you attach to the door edge of the windshield frame, but that just made it worse. I think there are a lot of variations in the trucks because of worn body mounts and a lack of consistancy from the GM factory. This makes it difficult to manufacture aftermarket parts like this, especially ones that aren't copies of an original part.
