I'm looking at the entire "kit" from Brothers. My question is... does the kit include EVERYTHING I will need to complete the swap? If anyone else has done this.... what other little parts might be necessary aside from what's in the kit? I'm thinking this will be a weekend project for me soon. Also.... without removing the bed, just how big of a PITA will this be?

Rear mount tank kits normally come with tank, straps ,anti-rattle strips and pick-up.This means that you will need to address the filler neck and do something for fuel lines,and the wiring for the guage.There may be something I'm not remembering so hopefully someone else will reply if I have forgotten something.You may want to install the tank and do the filler and run the lines over a few weekends so that all the major portions are done and you just have to hook all the components up on the actuall"install" weekend.Exspecially if this is your daily driver.
One option on the fuel lines is to use a 'burb fuel line replacement kit(if you are doing a LWB).Check out Tennmans filler behind the sidemarker if you want a trick filler.Some people use a boat filler in the bed floor.
Check with the kit dealer/manufacturer to find out exactly what comes with the kit.

Thanks for the information! Sounds like you may be right about spreading this out over a few weekends. I'm also wondering if it would be worth the effort to remove the bed for the install... versus crawling around on my back. The sidemarker gas tank filler is exactly what I had in mind for the gas tube placement..... seems I have some serious thinking to do!
