tire / wheel sizes
I'm planning to run 15x10's on rear of 70 swb with 285/70/15's. Will I have any clearance problems with a 2/4 drop?
Thanks. |

While I don't know the backspacing on my rims (they were there when i bought it) I can say that 275/60R15's fit with plenty of room on the sides, even when I had it loaded down and sagging about 5 inches. (fleet bed)

I just bought an old set of 200S American's. I think the backspace is 3 1/4. But I'm not sure. I bought 2 10's & 2 8.5's. I may have some problems. I'm getting the axles redrilled, so I'll have to wait and see.

your cool with 3.25 and fleetside. im running 15 by 10s with 3.25" backspacing and 295/50s all around. TONS of room everywhere. the only semi-close spot is in the rear, the tires are close to the inside of the wheel well, but id say it still has 1, maybe 1.25" inches to spare. mine is stock hight tho, im planning to drop the front a coils height im broke, if it dont work, ill get new springs. so i dont think anything bad could happen. hey, it will be a learning experience at the least. good luck man, Ben

Those 295's are about 10.5 or 11 inches wide aren't they?
I should be in good shape. Thanks |

Thanks for the picture. You've got a nice truck. That helped me out.

Hey Benrs86, I just wanted to let you know that your rear marker lens on your drivers side fell off. You can thank me later.
