Here's a diiferent pic

Found this truck while surfing the net awhile ago. It's a 68 with 71/72 side trim. Anyone seen trucks like this before.

That truck was built by Bob Burks in River Oaks Texas. My buddy used to work for him when they built it. It's a factory 68 longbed big block truck. They shortened the frame and installed a short bed. The lower trim is factory 68 and the upper is painted.

It last sold for 5500 bucks in the North Texas Auto trader in about 2001.

I've always wanted to do a 67 with the '72 cheyenne style. That truck looks great. Guess I still can.

kinda hard to tell but it looks like they also shaved the upper cab seam as well. Pretty cool truck
