POLL: Cut trucks, longbed to short?

I have a shortbed that I cut down from a longbed and I am damn proud of it! I put another shortbed on it after junking the trashed out longbed. Whats your opinion on doing this?

I personally prefer the short stepsides, but long fleet sides. If you want to make a long short...Go for it.. Looks good tome as long as the bed configurations remain stock... Don't make an extra short short.

mine was shortened when I got it, but I wish they'd have left it a longbed, I like the looks of the short step, but would get more use out of a longbed.

Gene...
Your truck looks sharp. I think it looks and sits exactly right.
Nice work.
