Post rear drop ?

I just put new 5" drop springs in the back and adjustable track arm. I need a part number for a set of rear shocks that will fit with the factory mounts, better yet how about a number for the shocks that come with the new shock brackets from early classic ent.that way i can go down to les schwab and cross reference to get one of there shocks. thanks for the help.

if i'm not mistaken 4"is as low as you can go and not have to "c"notch the frame.i'd be careful of not bottoming out on a bump.is this w/coil's or leaf's? also look at new jounce axel bumpers.

p.s. i think early classic carries those drop shocks.not any parts houses have them, they just carry stock height shocks.

the idea i have is to make my own shock relocators, uppers and lowers. then use a kyb shock or les schwabs gas shock.that way i get a fair price on a shock without shipping. les schwab doesn't have a book now that shows the compressed and extended height of the shocks with the part numbers to find one that fits.

i just did the 5" drop springs on the back of my 69' used doetsch tech shocks P/N DT4052G. they are the right length for the lowered springs, great ride but stiff i havn't done the c-notch yet and i have yet to bottom out. of course i still have the overload springs on so that helps to.
