yea I spanked the porshe..it was a 914...glorified VW.. and yes I plan on faster times..this was the last race of the year.. I will go with nitrous, for this motor...and build a 406 for next season..I know my 60 foot times arn't good, but I was pulling freight trains on everybody I raced...even the bike and he went 12 flat..lol.. my truck does't look fast. I had people come up to me after and saying..what the hell you got in that thing...lol..did you see that old yellow farm truck toast that porshe..hehehe it sure was fun

My exhaust sucks...2" mega bent, cheap turbos..I had some bolt on glass packs on it..it ran a lot better, but I couldn't hear to tune it..lol. It started to get so crowded, and I didn't know anyone there(my wife was home sick) So how did the truck look going down the track? I almost didn't pass tech.. had a crack in the windsheild, and too much rubber fuel line.. did you race?

are u planning on getting exhaust done soon? there's a good place in orland that i would reccommend called Mike's Muffler. he did my exhaust and he does a lot of hot rods. he's into the 60-66 trucks. the guy next door with the repair and smog shop has a nice 71 or 72 and he looks like drew carrey.

i didnt race because i didnt have a catch can. good thing cuz today i drove my truck and the heater is leaking!!!

you can get a real nice braided fuel line kit that goes from the fuel pump to carb with AN fittings. its real braided line not that covered up cheapie kind. for like 20 bucks from summit. looks pretty nice too.
