Question Just Got done pulling my old motor and trans.

I just got threw pulling my Old Motor & Trans. When I got all out and on the floor I noticed a very large R7 casted on the top of the bell housing. Does anyone know what that means? I looked and could not find any info as to what it means. Does any one Have any info on this?
