Underbed tank/fuel cell and Elec in tank pump

I've got TPI and am contemplating to move the tank out under the bed. I'll want a tank that utilizes an intank fuel pump and have an acurate sending unit.

What would be a good source for this?

I was also thinking of just spending the dough and getting a custom fuel cell built for this application and with baffles.

Just curious, are you running an inline pump now with the original in cab tank? How did you plumb your return line if you don't mind me asking?

It's rigged, ugly and I get fumes in the cab. I bought it like this. It's got an in-tank pump. I'm not sure if the pickup goes deep enough. It sometimes starves for fuel if I hang a turn too fast. It looks like they just drilled a hole in the top of the pickup piece and ran a line for the return.

I had considered taking 2 in cab tanks and making one. If you use a 71-72 sender, and attach an in tank pump to it at the bottom, you could also build a baffle to sit inside the tank. The 71-72 sender has a return fitting on it already. A guy on ebay sells in tank pump kits. My thought is that I can keep my spare tire carrier in the back and leave the truck looking stock that way. Probably be easier to put one out back, but it may cost more.

That's the prob. I'm suppose to be only spending money on the Stang. But the more time I spend on the truck, the less time the stang gets.
