lOOKING AT '83 k5

We got an '83 K5 traded in that I was thinking about buying. It is pretty rough, rusted floors, engine weak(alittle noise) leaks oil and coolant, interior no very good, just all around pretty rough, It does run and drive decent and 4wd works, I can buy it for $500. Is that a good price?

Yup, but remember, it can get expensive to fix up a beater. Usually cheaper to start with a decent 1. Now, if you leave it beater or run in woods a lot, it would be very hard to pass up.
