Ignition Key ?
All, I know this has been asked/answered a 1,000 times, would some one please assist by pointing to the right place or letting me know how to get the ignition key mechanism out of the ignition switch.

put the key in ... Turn to Accessory position.. push a paper clip or something similiar in the little hole next to the key. you should feel a spring loaded pin....while holding it in turn to the left, it should turn slightly then stop.. pull out the clip. turn further past the acc position and pull.. it should come right out...

You don't mention whether you have a key or not so will presume you do.
Insert key, turn to left as far as possible, insert straightened large paper clip or similar size wire into hole in face of lock and depress the spring loaded pin. Turn lock further to left and it should come out. As you turn the lock further to the left you will have to remove the paper clip or wire or it will bind in the hole. Sometimes you have to wiggle the cylinder a little to get it out. Any questions or you don't have a key PM me. LockDoc
