Re: vaccume lines not in HAYNES book
What engine do you have, and what kind of vacume controlled gizmos do you have?
The typical small block 67 - 72 only has a few hoses, one to the vac advance on the distributor, one to the vac modulator on the tranny, one to the brake booster, and one for the PCV. |

Re: vaccume lines not in HAYNES book
my truck has the 327 and the vac line from the distrabuter to the carb is connected (1/4 inch) but there is also another hose from the carb to ??? (3/4 in) that is pluged with a branch :WTF!! and also another 1/4 inch vac line that is pluged with a fuse... i dont understand why some people will plug a vac line rather than spending 5 bucks and a few min of time to replace the hose....
