Re: ok i got a question for ya'll
The radiator from the 84 wont fit, different radiators. Actually I have seen a couple of them in the newer trucks but they dont fit or look right. Just go to the local parts store and order a new 4 row radiator for a 67-72. Other than that I dont see any real problems. Oh by the way your 68 is an automatic truck right? Hope this helps.

Re: ok i got a question for ya'll
You shouldnt have a problem with getting the th400 in there but you will need a different yoke and U joint. I dont know it they make a ujoint to work with a th400 yoke and th350/ powerglide/ 3spd drive shaft. You May want to ask this question on the engine and drive train forum. Hope this helps.

Ask Longhornman about Turbo 400's needing a tall hump floor.

Re: ok i got a question for ya'll
I sold Longhornman a tall hump for his truck, without it he had about 1/2 inch of clearance between the tranny and floorpan. But he's also running a 500 cube caddy under the hood.
