My Latest Toy
Thought I would post a couple pics I took of my latest acquisiton. Not a true replica of my '71 4x4 but as close as I could find. Looks like a well done model, my recent eBay purchase.

Re: My Latest Toy
Nice! That looks like the DUB body, is that a DUB 4x4? I have been looking at the low version of that truck, but have no place to put the toys I have now.

Re: My Latest Toy
Wonder if it would generate any wheel hop when you nailed the gas.

Re: My Latest Toy
Can't tell you much about as I didn't build, just bought it. Have been lookin' and lookin' for a lifted 67-72 diecast but all I ever found were Dub low riders and such. Guess they're fine but since my truck is not a low rider needed something a little closer to the real thing. Guy I bought it from on eBay builds them from several differant pieces or models. Here's pic or two of the real truck.

I have a Dub 55 4x4 that I bought at the fleamarket. The 4x4 part on your truck is exactly like the one on my 55.
