How Best to Repair This Steel Bed Floor Damage?
I have a better bed floor for my Blazer, but behind the rear wheel on the passenger's side is a dent which "acordian folded" the corrugations of the floor inward as shown in the picture. I've tried pounding this out, but it is very stiff. Am I best off trying to find a patch and welding that in?

Have you tried putting heat on it. There is also an attachment that goes on a slide hammer, that acts like a clamp . it clamps onto the metal and then you take the slide hammer and hammer it. It is made for dents such as this.
