Spid Ls8

Can anyone verify if the 1969 LS8 engine option is the 350 propane engine option with hardened valve seats, forged steel crank and 4 bolt mains?

I don't know how much help this will be , but my GM 1967-72 optional equipment book lists the following:
LS8 350 cu.in.v8 engine- 4bbl carb
