I can't vote western or eastern I love both sides of WA State. I would love it to be in my hometown, but it wouldn't be very logical for the guys from southern Oregon or Idaho. If people from Idaho and southern Oregon plan on coming what about somewhere eastern and closer to the boarder of Oregon and Idaho?
I was actually thinking more Oregon area myself. Plus there isn't any sales tax and I think laws are a little less stringent there. Chaptr2

I like the Lake Chelan idea but of course either side is nice.

Both are cool, but East would require a
roadtrip, and I am always up for a road trip!!

I think western washington would be great. I'm probably a little bit selfish but if it was farther away like oregon or idaho i wouldn't be able to come. (effects of being 14). I think it would be great to have it in like tacoma or everett cause i have an older friend who just finished a 69 c20 4x4 i'm sure i could weasel him into driving it down there.
BTW the way, I live in the San Juan County. anyone been there? later

I-5 corridor...hey maybe we can do two of them. I don't think there are more than 3 board members from east of the Cascades in WA anyway.

Well, I'm one that will be traveling from Southern Oregon so either way, it's a trip for me. Western would be best for me but I could always take I-5 north to I-84 and hit Eastern Washington that way. Pendelton, OR (Eastern Oregon) is about a 12 hour road trip for me.

I would like to see it outside of the Seattle are. At least slightly outside the area. The traffic up there is worse than the bay area!
Either way, I'll try and be there. Darren

I have cruised around eastern washington and Idaho many a time and I loved every minute of it. I only live 40 minutes from the border so I come into Washington quite a bit

I didn't see this thread before today, I guess it must have been in the 67-72 section. This meet sounds like fun, at least if you'll let us 73-87 people show up....

West coast Summer 2003 get-together
I missed this on first go round of poll. I vote Southwestern WA. or Northern OR. I agree on not wanting to fight Seattle area traffic. Still am intruged (sp?) with Wes' local in Olympia.
