That is a 10" sub, and it does fit under the stock bench. At least the full foam seat. It is a kicker free-air 10. The back of the "box" is open and just sits on the carpet. I don't remember the exact size of the box, but it is about as big as could fit under the seat and the magnet darn near sits on the carpet as well. I don't worry about it getting swiped, 'cause the whole seat would have to come out! I am quite pleased with the sound and like the fact that the system is so non-intrusive.
