Re: console jumpseat

Sell your center seat for about $100 on ebay, then lay down about $200 for one that folds. they are on ebay every so ofter, I just picked one up for about $150, the fold down is the more popular one.

Had to come back and edit, yeah grey or black will bring big bucks, but like I said, sell yours then buy one, you'll only have to poney up $1-200 out of pocket after you sell yours.

Re: console jumpseat

The seats are out of a 99 to 07 classic silverado/sierra, but they are not the folding type. He would like to purchase one that folds down. The ones he has most likely came from a regular cab truck.

from crossing over from GM-trucks.com

You'll find more info here than you could ever image for your truck rebuild.

Re: console jumpseat

I agree the fold down is awesome, but I think the other looks VERY good, too.

If you cant find one closer or locally I can get you one but shipping would be expensive from here.

Re: console jumpseat

Also, the one you're looking for isn't one of the most common ones either. The most abundant (that I've seen) are the charcoal cloth ones. As far as leather (or is that vinyl?) the tan seems to be much more common.

Good luck finding one. Keep searching ebay, they pop up from time to time.

actually that was just a test fit but from the looks of it only the front legs on the center seat will need to be braced somehow the rest line up with hump that the original seat was mounted to, though new bolt holes will be made and the old ones filled

Re: console jumpseat

We just put the same seat combination in my truck and this is how Kevin modified the floor to support the seats.
