N.O.S. Blazer/Suburban/Console Ashtray
It`s still in the GM bag.No pictures. It`s brand new.I was trying to find a tray part when I sold the complete N.O.S.console I had in parts. When I got it out to ship I realized that years ago when I bought the parts, they got me the cupholder tray, but the seatbelt buckle trim piece.I either needed a cup holder trim piece(doesn`t exist) or the buckle tray (N/A).My parts guy located 1 "tray" in Memphis on the parts search thingy they use(it talks),so I ordered it and it turned up to be the last surplus ash tray...seriously!
$30+shipping....responses here only,please and thanks.

Re: N.O.S. Blazer/Suburban/Console Ashtray
At least I have the part.I seriously need to replace my camera that accidently ran away from home. Thanks Donna, you`re really helping me here.
LUV,you haven`t looked at yours enough to know what it looks like?I apologize about that.I`ll bring it to Maggie to show you in person if you buy me a camera. This ain`t Ebay N.O.S....no ABC gum, cigar butts, two layers of paint over pitted peeling chrome with the lid twisted from the factory. This is the last surviving ashtray from off the shelf.I misprinted,it should read $3,000.00 for this N.O.T.P.O.S. item. That`s Newest On The Planet Old Stock.Or O.N.O.S...Oldest New Old Stock. It`s "simply complicated" with these oximorons. Is it new or old? Both!

Yes Luis.Sorry about no pics...no camera.Believe me,it`s brand new and I`ve never put as much as a fingerprint on it.And,that`s how much it cost me just a couple months ago.

Re: N.O.S. Blazer/Suburban/Console Ashtray
Hey Tim. I will buy the ashtray but was the difference between the console tray and the rear seat tray? I heard the console one has a little retainer that holds with the console otherwise if you put a rear seat one it will just pop out easy!!!
Well let me know, Luis. |

Re: N.O.S. Blazer/Suburban/Console Ashtray
Luis,I can`t answer that one.I thought they were the same.Do you need one for the arm rest or console.
Killer71,I borrowed a camera from my step daughter and it wouldn`t download on my laptop.I took it all up to my step son (at her house) and he couldn`t get it to download on mine or my step daughter`s computer.I`m jynxed.

Re: N.O.S. Blazer/Suburban/Console Ashtray
They are the same but only the console one has a little like a pin retainer on the bottom of the ashtray that locks against the console. The armrests ones dont have that. And if you put a armrest one in the console, it will go in but all losed up. Other than that, there the same.

Re: N.O.S. Blazer/Suburban/Console Ashtray
Ok,I didn`t know that.I looked it up in the parts book and the part numbers are the same. That must be an additional part. This was ordered for a console.Do you want it?

Re: N.O.S. Blazer/Suburban/Console Ashtray
Mine has that. The GM parts book lists all ashtrays as one part#.That mean if there`s any difference,it`s a seperate part.Since it`s out of sight the additional part could be robbed from an old trashy tray and put on the nice one.I had a full set of Suburban seats here for months. My Blazers aren`t nearby,so I can`t compare.
