I'm owner of one less truck.
Sold the 84 today for what I paid for it. Not too bad since I sold the headliner out of it. Still sittin' on Ol' Red, though. If my money continues to be straight, I'm gonna TRY to convince my parents in to actually selling it to me for what everyone has offered on the truck alone (since its still technically my dad's truck) but I'm not sure what good that would do since I'd basically be owner of a non-running rust bucket with no hopes of having it run any time soon
 I dunno. If nobody offers good on the parts for it, I'll try and let them let me keep it, then save my spare money to get all the new sheetmetal painted and tear in to it like it really needs.Here's an Oscar-winning video of the guys towing it away

i cant tell if it being towed buy a ford chevy or a dodge but let all hope it was a chevy towing it.
Man i shure hope you keep your dads truck. And if i had cash well damn it id go down there and buy it just so I wont become a parts truck. Then id sell it back to for what i bought it for no matter how much i put in it. Just cause im a nice guy

Yeah camera phones suck :-p And yes it was a 97ish Silverado, really nice lookin' truck actually.

Well, now there is room in the backyard for the stepper -- Put it where the brown truck was, and sit on it
 Sheet metal is cheap, and a brand new crate engine is a meer 1200

Yeah that's what I'm thinking russ. Over the next year, maybe i can save up the money for a basic crate 350. But I dunno. I might have the buyer of the century come make me an offer on the whole lot, and I'd take it.
