Thinking about buying a tach kit from lmc, its 89 dollars wit everything to hook it up. How much work is it to do. Any one buy the kit, is it junk.
It cant be to hard to hook up i think, but thats what I thought when I changed out the track on my snowmobile.

Re: Tach kit?

For $89 you only get the tach head. You still need harness, lense, front and rear tins!

Re: Tach kit?

I have found for my needs a Sunpro Super Tach II works just fine mounted on the steering column in my daily driver, 71 C-10.

My son has had a Sunpro tach in his 70 C-10 for many years and it has worked well no matter what engine he had in it at the time.

If I were doing a complete restore or show type truck I would like the in-dash setup.
