Painless wiring question - Lights in the cigarette lighter question
I bought a new cig. lighter. I was wiring it today and noticed that my painless fuse box doesn't have a spot for the lamp on the cigarette lighter. So now i'm trying to figure out where to wire it too. Does this light stay on all the time while the truck is on, or just when the parking lights are on? Thanks.

I would wire the light into the parking lamp circuit. The same as your dash lamps.

The light is controlled like the inst panel lights. on/off, bright/dim.
