Pics for 68shortstep out of Dallas
These are the pictures I have been promising you of me painting something Black so you can see what I can do. Sorry for taking them inside but haven't had much time at work with my new job and since I have been buffing this at home. I took a picture of a truck next to it so you can see the reflection of the crisp lines in the paint of how straight I can get it after blocking with a wooden paint stick, the trick to get them really flat. You can also see the reflection of my tile floor in another and the lights in another. On a complete vehicle I also get them out of the booth, block sand with 600 and then clear again and then buff. Some think it is overkill but they look so much better. Let me know what you think.

Sorry dang dog walked in to the last pic at the last moment, she loves to be taken pictures of so when I broke out the camera she kept coming around. I need to paint her black too and make her shiny. Thanks for the compliments Randomhero. Yours will come out just as nice.

o man, i like it.....im still trying to get my cab out of " body work prission".. when i do get it back, im gonna run some wires and mount my seat ( so i would be fabbing sseat mounts after its painted)... then ill be headed your way... the bed, i decided to get it shot at the same time as the cab, so it'll be less of a chance for me to scratch it.... but i like what i see....

Let me know! I thought you might like that black pic. That guy is still working on your cab? I figured he would be done with it by now.
