What's It Worth?? - Buddy wants to trade me a '94 Silverado for my '71+cash: Pictures

I know that this is the wrong forum - but I posted it over in the '88-'98 section with absolutly NO response. I was hoping maybe some of my fellow '67-'72ers could help out.
I'm not overly familar with these years in the Chevy/GMC trucks.
What is this thing worth? (Trailer and Pinto not included)

I know you guys are going to say don't do it - but I need a running and driving truck, and I don't have the time to finish the '71 the proper way.

*'94 Silverado
*1-Owner (well technically 2-owner, but the second owner has only had it for a month or so)
*135,000k
*305cid (5.0L) with the Overdrive Tranny - Rebuilt less than 5k (with reciept)
*A/C
*Bedliner
*New Tires/Brakes
*Looks like the Euro/Composite style Headlamps
*Power Widows
*Power Doors
*Sliding Back Window
*Trailer Hitch and Trailer Brake Controler (Never towed until my buddy got it a month ago, an old lady owned it and used it to deliver flowers)

***It is a very clean truck - No Rust/Rot anywhere (remember this is New England )

I know that NADA and KellyB.B. aren't usually a good indicator: But here is what they say -
NADA:
http://www.nadaguides.com/default.as...816&da=-1&nx=1
Kelly Blue Book:
http://www.kbb.com/KBB/UsedCars/Pric...izConditions=0

Oh and I've checked:

Craigslist
Local Bargain News
Local Papers
autotrader.com

for comparable trucks and haven't really found anything.

Here is the '71: http://www.67-72chevytrucks.com/vboa...d.php?t=234720

In Texas that truck would be worth about...................Hmm?

$3000-ish?

Good luck,
B

Thanks -
I was just in Round Rock @ the beginning of April for the "Lone Star Roundup" - well that was in Austin, but I drove through Round Rock a couple times over the weekend

Any other input?

Try Edmunds.com. You can use the True Market Value tool and it will tell you exactly what it's worth in your area code.

in CA that truck is worth about 1,500 to 2,500 if it was a short bed about $1000 more, since the 94 still has the square dash as the 88 there is not much value 88-94s about the same, if it was a 95' and up even with a long bed will be about $3500.
