Sure it will work! How much of your bed are you willing to give up?
There was an article on here a while ago about using a blazer tank, and a place that has them for around $30 if I remember correctly. I'll try to look later..... |

Re: 73-90 SUB Tank...will it work ??
won't work on a SWB if I remember...
That 30 gallon tank was at Colemans surplus in PA for $25 http://www.colemans.com/ go to search and type blazer... LFD's low buck project used a larger blazer tank too... I have a 21 gallon poly for my SWB....

Link in siggy... and they DO fit 67-72 SWB, so I have no reason to believe they won't fit 63+ (not sure about 60-62).

That is the nice part on my G30 chassis swap, already has a 38 gallon installed in the rear with driver side filler neck installed. Jerry

Re: 73-90 SUB Tank...will it work ??
i dont see why it wouldnt work with some work and tweaking but i think it would hang to low for a lowerd truck unless you put it through the bed which i dont think would look all that great
could always get a fuel cell, exept for the price
