Need help with turn signal switch
I have a 71 chevy 1/2 ton long bed that i bought. The person that i bought it from took all the wiring out and it was a reel mess. I bought i painless wiring kit and have almost all of it done but i need help with the turn signal switch. I bought a steering column from a swap meet that the guy said it came out of a 72 chevy with tilt. The column that was in the truck was a non tilt and the switch was gone from the tilt column. I put the switch from the non tilt in and it don't work. Please Help

Re: Need help with turn signal switch
According to the parts houses, the tilt and non tilt turn signal switches are different.

Re: Need help with turn signal switch
It seems that the switch its self will not work to the turn position. I had to use the top of the switch from the non tilt column the bottom of the switch where the wires hook up was still in the column. Thanks
