Greasable polyurathane bushings??????

I was wanting some new spring bushings, and I was wondering if they make a greasable polyurathane? I have a 1969 cst 4WD blazer......
If so does anyone know where I can get some? Thanks for your help.

Autozone has greasable polyurethane swaybar bushings. They are made by Energy Suspension.
