Installed the 383 today
70c10 came up and help put the 383 in place. I hope to start this by next weekend.......

Cool.
As you get the time and money, try to get headers and a 2 & 1/2 or so inch exhaust with an "X" you'll be amazed at the throttle response Curbie

I just got back home from company travel…..and I read this, and now I’m home sick! I can’t wait to get my 383 installed. But I have doubts that I’ll have it done by the end of Aug. at the rate I’m going! But, if you want it done right…..

Already have Hedman headers w/jet coating and had planed on getting the x pipe after I finish installing this engine. Also have a new 750 Holley setting on the side and ready.
